Today I went to the dentist to get a crown made.
Hurray?!
I'm just glad that I'm almost done with this ordeal.
The crown is going on a tooth that had a root canal in May 2008.
The root canal was one of many procedures done in May/June 2008 due to an infection that almost killed me.
So I'm extremely happy to almost be done with this tooth.
I just have to make sure that my temporary crown doesn't fall off or break!
No gum chewing for a few weeks. :(

A month later.
After a month off from most blogging I've had some time to think about a lot of things.
And not enough time to get better.
I've caught something else, not sure what it is, but I can't shake this fever.
I think I need to sleep for an entire day. Here's to wishing...
Anyways.
I think I can write more seriously in this blog now.
I need to start taking life more seriously. I never gave much thought to what I would do after university because I never thought I would actually go.
So it's time to sort some things out, look at my options.
Looking back maybe I shouldn't have settled with English as my major, but I know I picked it for some reason...even if I'm extremely unhappy with that choice.
I feel like I should have picked something that I'm really truly passionate about. I love reading, but I don't read anymore (outside of class) because I am so tired of it.
Hopefully that will get better once I'm not reading 5 books for each class.
Hopefully.
I also need to start writing more. I think I'm going to write more about traveling, but I'm not sure yet. Maybe I'll like writing more than reading...who knows...

I'm all better now. The test said that I didn't have the flu or swine flu, but I'm pretty sure that I got a false negative. My body likes to lie to pass tests, it's happened before.

At the Doctor's!
On Thursday I went to the doctors because I wasn't feeling well.
I had a fever and didn't know about it!
I got a new asthma inhaler and a shot. :(
I snuck a picture while I was waiting for my shot. ^^

I'm excited!
I will be going to Florida in October (with my family) for my aunt's wedding.
Afterwards, we will be going to Orlando to go to Disney~~
And the best part is--we will be attending the special Halloween night.
But the reason I am so excited is because my mom said that everyone is allowed to dress up in a costume.
So! I will go as Minnie Mouse~~~!!!
She's not my favorite...but I already have clothes that I can use for the costume. ^^
I made a practice coordination to see what accessories I need to make it extra special.

Cake~
I made this cake for my aunt's wedding shower!
Making the fondant pearls.
Some of the chocolates are done!
The cake~
It is a homemade chocolate cake with homemade chocolate frosting. On top there is blue fondant icing (which I colored myself) and fondant pearls painted with silver pearl dust.
The flip-flop sandals and crabs are hand colored white chocolate. The seashells are white chocolate with peanut butter mixed in. The starfish are peanut butter flavor. We used brown sugar to make the sand.
